By using Vibera, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

Vibera lets you build a public profile with links, countdowns, and content blocks. The service is provided as-is and may change at any time.

You must create an account to use certain features. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• Maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.

You own everything you create on Vibera. By posting content, you give us a limited license to display it on your public profile and operate the service. You're responsible for what you publish.

• Display your content on your public profile page.
• Store and transmit your content to provide our services.
• Use your public profile information for search indexing and social sharing.
• You are solely responsible for the content you publish and its compliance with applicable laws.

This license is non-exclusive, worldwide, and royalty-free, limited to the purpose of operating and improving our services.

Don't use Vibera to:

• Post illegal, harmful, or fraudulent content.
• Distribute malware, phishing links, or engage in fraudulent activities.
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts.
• Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access our services without permission.
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations, including GDPR and LGPD.

We may suspend or terminate your account for any reason. You can delete your account anytime in settings. Your public profile will no longer be visible after termination.

Vibera isn't liable for indirect damages. Our total liability is capped at $100.

We may update these Terms. We'll notify you of material changes at least 30 days in advance. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil.
